FAQs

How long does it take to deliver my order?​
Your goods will arrive within 15 minutes of placing your order.
How do I pay for my items?​
On delivering your order, a team member will take payment using a hand-held device. You'll need a valid boarding pass and proof of ID to receive your order, such as your passport or National ID card. The name on the order must match the name of the ID.
Are my items guaranteed to be delivered?​
If for any reason your items are unavailable, you'll be notified via email before delivery. Payment will only be taken for the goods delivered.
Is the service available 24/7?
Our table delivery service will be available during restaurant opening times, unless otherwise specified.
What happens if I change my mind after ordering?
If you change your mind within 15 minutes, you can decline your order when it arrives at your table. Payment is taken on delivery by a team member, not online in advance.
